TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Payment Terms

   Payment is due within the agreed terms stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise specified, payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date.

2. Pricing

   All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

   Delivery timeframes are estimates only. The seller is not liable for delays outside of its control. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

   Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged goods within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Approval is required prior to return.

5. Ownership of Goods

   Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received in cleared funds.

6. Liability

   To the extent permitted by law, the seller’s liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price.

7. Order Acceptance

   All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

8. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
